The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop that provides easy access to New York City. the rooms are decent with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the service is satisfactory and the staff is friendly. the breakfast, although limited, includes coffee and some small breakfast items. Guests can also enjoy a nice view of the surroundings from some of the rooms. the hotel is close to several restaurants and shopping options.

Some guests have reported issues with the cleanliness of the hotel, including bugs in the rooms and dirty bed sheets.

The only thing that we liked was the price which was at that time the lowest around New York. There is absolutely no other reason why stay in this hotel.

The staff in the hotel has one answer to all the questions: "I don't know." Or maybe: "I'm new, I don't know." Geting from the hotel to New York downtown is not convenient at all, better pick a hotel closer to the undergrond.

The location is excelent, it is very close to Times Square, NC. when you use your car, you just pass through the Lincoln Tunnel and you are at Times Square, Also you can use train from Journal Square, Jersy City... its about 1.8 miles from the hotel, park your car there and take the train to World Trade Center ,,,, its only two stops away.

The hotel is very nice for the amount you pay.... The breakefast is only complementary so don't expect much.

Environment is good and room is clean and spacious. But, the wall is paper thin, we could hear every sound from the other room beside us.

The room was brand-new with a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a microwave oven.

Comfy room, exceptionally comfortable bed and clean bathroom. A lot of healthy options for meal.

The rooms here are updated, spacious, with a safe, lovely view, microwave, and refrigerator provided.

Staff was great, just that they were in a rush to let us out after checkout time

They went into my room even if I had "do not disturb sign on" I asked for a non smoking room and they gave me a room for smokers.

This place made my trip such a great experience.

Nothing. Hair on toilet seats, holes in sheets, hole in shower where black mold was growing, shower did not drain, water in shower stayed at one temperature (hot) and rooms smelled of mildew and smoke. Air conditioner made clanking sounds and did not push out air. Would never stay again.

Everything. Save your money for elsewhere. Only good thing was the flat screen tv but detail says they offer HBO, in which they do not.

Our hotel room had trash in it before we came. The mattresses had blood all over them when I asked for my money back they said it was passed the time for refunds and gave us another room! Not to mention the heater not working! Just horrible! Stay far away from this horror house!
